All persons intending to attend the Congress must complete an online Registration Form.
Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form. Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Congress Managers at register.icme-15@arinexgroup.com.

All fees are listed in Australian dollars (AUD)

Early Bird Registrations
To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 31 March 2024.

Visa Requirements
All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia. Please note that, for international participants, to obtain an Australian visa an invitation letter is not required. Once you have registered and paid the registration fees in full then your confirmation of registration or tax invoices for payment of registration fees is sufficient to lodge with your visa application.

Note: it is strongly recommended that Australian visa applications are lodged at least 2-3 months prior to departure from your port of origin.

Please note communications sent by external travel providers are not associated with Arinex. All official event travel and accommodation arrangements, and communications regarding your registration will be sent to you directly by Arinex.

- Entry to the trade exhibition across the Congress days
- Access to discounted accommodation rates at nearby hotels, available exclusively for ICME-15 attendees

Terms and Conditions
Procedure
Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with a confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.
Name badge
Each delegate of the Congress will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Payment Options
Credit card
Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Congress by Arinex.
Invoice
You can request an invoice at the end of the registration process to process an EFT payment or if your organisation wishes to pay.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers at icme-15@arinexgroup.com. Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.
Registration
- Cancellations before Thursday 1 February 2024 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations from Friday 2 February 2024 to Monday 27 May 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations on or after Tuesday 28 May 2024 will receive no refund.
Accommodation
One night’s deposit or credit card details must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation. Deposit is non-refundable as at Thursday 6 June 2024.
Social
Payments are non-refundable as at Tuesday 28 May 2024.
Tours and Workshops
Payments are non-refundable as at Tuesday 28 May 2024. The Organiser and Host/s of the ICME15 Congress (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
Disclaimer
The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Congress timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Congress Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Congress Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Congress for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Congress and/or its content at their sole discretion.
